Founded in 1881, Penrith Swimming Club is a community club that encompasses a learn to swim programme, competitive squads and a strong junior water polo section.
One of the oldest swimming clubs in the country, and a founding member of the Cumbria Amateur Swimming Association.
The club was originally based at Frenchfield, Penrith, Swimming in the river Eamont. Now based at Penrith Leisure Centre.
The club is run entirely by volunteers. All training sessions are delivered by experienced and qualified teachers & coaches.
